Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
6+ years of civil litigation experience in state and federal court
Background in taking and defending depositions
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with dispositive motion practice and navigating discovery
