Responsibilities
Connect skilled trades professionals with steady work by recruiting, coordinating placements, and maintaining strong ongoing communication
Be the friendly face employees see on day one by welcoming them onsite, ensuring they’re prepared, and setting them up for success
Build real relationships in the field by checking in with workers and client contacts, solving issues quickly, and showing consistent support on active jobsites
Help launch careers by partnering with trade schools and introducing students to opportunities in the skilled trades
Attend engaging industry events and represent CCS while building genuine connections with contractors and local leaders
Collaborate with sales teams to showcase CCS’s manpower capabilities and help win new business through strong operational support
Track jobsite activity and opportunities in the field, helping shape smarter decisions for recruiting and growth
Support worker development by assisting with skills assessments, training, and certifications that open doors to better jobs
Strengthen the local workforce by partnering with community organizations and helping more people access meaningful employment
Qualification
Required
MUST be fluent in English and Spanish
No previous staffing/recruiting experience required
Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills
Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Must have a commitment to excellence
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
