Answer inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking customers and provide tailored insurance assistance
Explain policy details clearly and confidently (auto & home insurance)
Support customers through onboarding, billing questions, and policy updates
Maintain accurate records using modern CRM and phone tools
Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and energy
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment (insurance is a plus)
Strong communication skills and phone presence
Familiarity with computers, CRM tools, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
A valid P&C License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days — we'll support you)
