Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that support organizational growth
Direct and oversee all advertising, branding, and promotional activities across channels
Partner with and support the Marketing Manager in daily operations, campaign execution, and achievement of departmental goals
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies and campaign development
Identify and evaluate new market segments and growth opportunities
Design and launch data-driven advertising campaigns based on market research and performance metrics
Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, products, and services to keep the organization competitive
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies
Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing department’s operating budget, including forecasting and ROI analysis
Perform other related duties as assigned to support business objectives
Serve as the hiring manager for marketing department roles
Oversee the daily workflow, priorities, and performance of the marketing team
Provide timely, constructive feedback and performance evaluations
Manage employee relations, including coaching, progressive discipline, and terminations, in accordance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, strategy, and long-range planning, including leadership experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of modern marketing strategies, market dynamics, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Proven leadership and people-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software tools
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
