General Manager
One Haus is a lifestyle-driven, organic brand focused on clean ingredients and thoughtful hospitality. As the General Manager of a new restaurant location, you will oversee day-to-day operations, team leadership, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while executing brand standards.
Responsibilities
Own the full guest journey—from digital ordering through order fulfillment—ensuring a seamless, consistent, and elevated experience
Lead by example on the floor, reinforcing hospitality standards and service excellence
Hire, train, lead, and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly team members
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Coach leaders and team members through regular feedback and performance conversations
Oversee staffing operations including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and labor compliance
Partner with HR to ensure consistent, compliant execution of people-related processes and documentation
Implement and uphold operating procedures and service standards that drive consistency and quality
Ensure training programs are executed effectively, and new hires are set up for success
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all shifts
Coordinate BOH and FOH teams to support smooth service and order fulfillment
Use guest feedback, operational data, and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement
Troubleshoot issues proactively and implement solutions that improve performance
Uphold brand standards related to cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and thoughtful service
Ensure the restaurant consistently reflects the brand’s values and visual standards
Own restaurant-level KPIs including guest satisfaction, order accuracy, labor efficiency, food cost, and team productivity
Use data to guide decisions, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant or QSR environment
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver consistent guest experiences
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, systems, and compliance
Working knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
Solid financial acumen, including labor management and cost controls
Passion for clean food, hospitality, and team development
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Preferred
Experience with digitally enabled or delivery-first food concepts
