Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our client’s goals and brand identity
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Develop and execute social media content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and relevant content
Monitor and engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns including budget management, targeting, and analysis of campaign performance. Provide regular campaign updates to clients
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports to clients, explaining key performance indicators and the impact on their business
Attend shoots/brand activations & potentially support in content capture that ladders up to the social content strategy
Assist in the setting up and monitoring paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of social media experience and managing multiple brands simultaneously
Minimum of 2 years of agency experience
Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends
Proven ability developing social creativity is a requirement (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
