Responsibilities
Maintaining starting sheet and assist golfers with checking in to the first tee box and ensuring adequate spacing and speed of play
Monitor guests on the golf course and range to maintain efficient play and ensure golf course rules and regulations are observed
Deliver excellent customer service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring supplies and assistance are always available
Advise guests on golf course safety, rules, and play etiquette
Act as a liaison between golf course users, clubhouse staff, and management
Manage emergency situations or conflicts if they arise
Qualification
Required
Must be 16 years of age or older by date of application
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Successfully pass a criminal history background check
Preferred
Knowledge of the game of golf
Possess or able to obtain America Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
Previous golf course work experience
Experience dealing with members of the public
Positive attitude and a team player
