Qualification
Required
Local to Oklahoma
5+ years of Oklahoma title experience with strong expertise in HBP, multiple severances, APO/BPO issues, difficult NRI calculations, and multiple units lying within a section
Must be willing to travel daily within Oklahoma and able to work from the field or off of images
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in taking runsheet notes and chaining within Excel
Must be proficient in researching oil and gas wells, production, OCC applications and orders and their effect on title
Bachelor's degree or otherwise relevant experience
Must be open to feedback and comfortable working in a team environment
