Responsibilities
Own and manage production support, access management, audit compliance, change control, and incident resolution in a 24x7 operational model
Lead infrastructure automation efforts using PowerShell and other modern scripting tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Collaborate with application teams to scope and support platform integration during Discovery and Implementation phases
Maintain a reliable, scalable Windows server environment (Windows 2016–2022) including Active Directory, IIS, and enterprise-grade COTS apps
Oversee server patching, upgrades, disaster recovery processes, and system performance optimization
Partner with stakeholders to deliver SLA-aligned support, root cause analysis, and strategic improvements
Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members on technical and operational challenges
Ensure compliance with IT governance, InfoSec policies, and change management standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in a Windows environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Deep experience in Windows Server administration (2016–2022), IIS, and Active Directory
3+ years of strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting skills for production systems — with tactical and long-term solution mindsets
Understanding of hardware platforms like Dell/Cisco servers and out-of-band management
DevOps mindset and exposure to Terraform, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
