Responsibilities

Negotiate and administer customer contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions, in alignment with management approvals
Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and orders, including contract changes and modifications
Respond to customer and field representative inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate
Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating order status, activities, and reports, and addressing inquiries or complaints
Analyze historical data, cost substantiation, and market conditions to support pricing decisions
Coordinate customer and field sales activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Contract Review teams
Provide management with reports on pending, open, and overdue orders to support on-time delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process improvements, 5S initiatives, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related degree
1 year of experience in Manufacturing / Marketing / Sales / Customer Service / Customer Support environment
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain a customer-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to learn and work effectively within Sales and ERP systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively and deliver consistent results
Effective collaborator with the ability to work productively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Frequent mental and visual attention for computer and administrative function tasks
Frequent sitting at a computer workstation and grasping a mouse
Occasional bending and twisting
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment is contingent upon the applicant being a 'U.S. person' as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15), which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees, as required by U.S. export control laws
