Provide technical user support for HR-related systems
Develop, analyze, and produce extensive reports using MIRS
Interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, and control agency guidance
Communicate complex data and findings clearly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Serve as the lead analyst on transactions projects and reporting initiatives

Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and customer service skills
Proficiency with general office equipment and software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro
Knowledge of or experience with MIRS and/or personnel transactions
Experience reporting, presenting, and communicating complex information
Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, contracts, and agency directives
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
