Responsibilities
Oversee daily cash activities, short‑term liquidity levels, and investment decisions to ensure smooth operational funding
Analyze and project cash requirements, recommending strategies that improve working capital utilization
Utilize treasury technology platforms to streamline and improve cash management processes
Produce timely and accurate treasury-related reports, including cash forecasts, variance commentary, and bank reconciliations
Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting, focusing on disclosures tied to treasury functions
Partner with internal stakeholders to align cash operations and funding strategies with broader business goals
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in treasury operations or cash management with increasing levels of responsibility
Strong grasp of cash flow modeling, liquidity oversight, and financial risk evaluation
Demonstrated success in designing and executing cash management approaches that enhance organizational performance
Excellent analytical capabilities and a commitment to data‑supported decision-making
Proficiency with treasury systems and financial analysis tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFA
Ability to think strategically and adapt to rapidly evolving financial conditions
Strong leadership qualities and experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams
Forward‑looking approach to identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation measures
Background in cash operations within a global aerospace or similarly complex environment
