Responsibilities

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between client needs and data solutions

Managing client relationships, overseeing program delivery, ensuring data solution accuracy and quality

Facilitating effective communication with internal teams and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Anticipating client needs, troubleshooting issues, and delivering strategies to optimize customer outcomes and experiences

Required

Proven ability to lead by example, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in hybrid roles and flexibility to operate both on-site and remotely as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a relevant field is preferred

Familiarity with data lifecycle management and knowledge of AI and scalable data capabilities is a strong advantage
