Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of support for Procore and related tools by managing templates, configurations, permissions, and field sets
Assist with ensuring system consistency and compliance by tracking software updates, testing new features, conducting project audits, and resolving helpdesk tickets promptly
Assist in onboarding new hires and project teams into Procore and related systems
Assist with conducting group and one-on-one training sessions (in-person and virtual) and effectively maintain training materials, manuals, and video guides
Support Procore Champion-led sessions by preparing materials and facilitating discussion
Assist in the creation of SOPs, FAQs, and process visuals, and support the publication of workflow diagrams and configuration maps
Update and maintain the Lessons-Learned Library with detailed issues, root causes, and solutions based on field feedback
Compile data for dashboards and reports (Power BI, Procore Analytics, etc.)
Support Construction Technology Manager in analyzing technology performance trends and provide weekly progress updates for tool adoption metrics
Assist with new project configurations and technology rollouts
Continuously monitor technological trends to identify and recommend improvement ideas for efficiency gains

Required

2+ years of experience utilizing Procore
Good understanding of Procore 3rd party applications and systems
Strong understanding of construction workflows (RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, etc.)
Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills
Successful experience working both independently and in a collaborative environment
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Ability to lead without authority
Ability to read an audience and adjust communication/teaching style to suite needs
Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
Ability to listen to feedback and provide lasting solutions
Experience creating electronic instructions and maintaining them on a companywide platform

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred
Experience with performing small and large group training courses preferred
