Provide audit and support for revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Partner with clinical and operational teams to resolve complex issues and meet organizational objectives
Utilize Epic and other IT systems for documentation and reporting
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support a culture of collaboration and integrity
Work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment requiring flexibility and self‑direction
Qualification
Required
Associate's and Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience using Epic and its reporting functions
3+ years of collaboration with revenue cycle teams to achieve operational goals
Strong background in documentation and IT systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in case management or similar acute care functions
2+ years of experience in revenue cycle or revenue integrity roles, focusing on charge capture and process optimization
1+ year of experience working within multi‑hospital or integrated healthcare systems
