Responsibilities
Order title examinations, payoffs, HOA estoppel letters, utility bills and tax information
Prepare title commitments and collaborate with the attorney to resolve title issues
Input figures into Softpro system to create CD/settlement statements
Calculate property taxes for newly constructed homes using county millage rates
Maintain consistent communication with the assigned Closer and Attorney regarding the status of transaction
Maintain an active real estate calendar
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience
Familiar with standard closing practices and be able to hit the ground running
Team oriented and customer service driven
Proficient in Softpro Select
