Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion
Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects
Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 18 years of direct experience is required
Minimum of 15 years related experience in Mission Critical or other complex, technology-focused building typologies is required
Must possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects
Strong leadership skills, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects
Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices
Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Candidates should also possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills

Preferred

Master's Degree in Architecture with 15 years of direct experience is preferred
