Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver recurring treasury reports for the broader finance organization
Support automation and process improvements across treasury systems
Maintain and update treasury analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Prepare daily and weekly cash flow forecasts
Manage user access and permissions within banking platforms
Enter and approve wire transfers to support business operations
Provide backup support for intercompany and book transfers
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and SOX requirements
Assist with ad hoc projects supporting the Treasury and Capital Markets teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of treasury, cash management, or related finance experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple systems
Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with change
Self-directed with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Preferred
Experience with JP Morgan banking platforms
Prior experience in a SOX-compliant environment
