Responsibilities

Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities
Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries
Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders
Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Qualification

Required

A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity
At least two years of sales experience
A competitive nature and motivation for sales success
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth
