Responsibilities
Create strategic account sales plan for your territory
Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular face-to-face interactions
Represent PCS at trade shows, delivering engaging product demonstrations
Identify and develop new sales opportunities to fuel growth
Set ambitious goals—and surpass them
Maintain organized sales reports and communicate effectively with your team
Collaborate with a high-energy team to drive results and share insights

Education: Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 5–7 years of sales experience (experience in the chemical process industry is a big plus)
Strong communication, disciplined work ethic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Must be available to travel to meet clients and grow accounts
Preferred
BDR Experience in: Iberville, Ascension, St. James, St. John, St. Charles Parish is a big plus
