Responsibilities

May be responsible for recommending making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of own job area
Seasoned individual contributor who provides assistance and training to lower level employees
Acts as a backup facilitator and team leader in manufacturing/production operations
Understands and facilitates instructions to team members to complete a daily/weekly schedule
Expected to independently propose solutions to problems for supervisor review
Obtains and provides information on matters of moderate importance to the job area
Participate and/or lead Safety and Quality walks

Required

Requires minimum of 4 years of experience and broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education

Preferred

Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment
Wafer testing knowledge
Continuous improvement background
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications: Teams, PowerPoint, Excel
Familiar with MES Factory works
Strong problem solving skills
