Stepping into established, revenue-generating desks with warm clients, active job flow and genuine headroom
Running your desk like a business with clear market ownership and space to scale your niche
Billing consistently and seeking bigger upside in a high-performance environment
Qualification
Required
Proven agency billers
360 'full desk' experience preferred (open to delivery / talent consultants ready to own BD)
Tech experience ideally, but strong market recruiters welcomed
Commercially sharp, competitive and outcome-driven
Comfortable in a high-performance, adult environment
