Responsibilities

Lead large, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through delivery
Own execution across multiple parallel workstreams
Build and manage WBS, work-back plans, and critical path analysis
Architect advanced Smartsheet solutions, including automated workflows, formulas, and executive dashboards
Provide real-time visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies
Identify risks early and drive mitigation and path-to-green plans
Partner with engineering teams on estimates and technical trade-offs

Qualification

SmartsheetProgram ManagementEnterprise SystemsCloud PlatformsEngineering Degree

Required

10+ years of true Program Management experience
5+ years at a Senior or Staff level in a technology organization
Experience managing programs with 40+ engineers
Expert-level Smartsheet (Control Center, resource planning, reporting, dashboards)
Strong understanding of enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
BE / BTech in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) – required
