Responsibilities
Execute Complex Layouts: Utilize the Siemens Xpedition (formerly Mentor) suite to design multi-layer, high-density interconnect (HDI) printed circuit boards
Manage Blueprint Workflows: Operate effectively within a Blueprint-based environment , ensuring all designs meet specific documentation and fabrication standards
Enterprise Integration: Work seamlessly within a structured engineering environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to move designs from concept to production
Qualification
Required
Proven, hands-on experience with Siemens Xpedition (Expedition) is strictly required
A rock-solid grasp of ECAD design fundamentals (signal integrity, power distribution, thermal management, and DFM)
The ability to ramp up quickly in a highly structured environment and master proprietary internal processes
Preferred
Experience with other major ECAD tools (such as Cadence Allegro/OrCAD) is a significant plus
