Conduct video based pre-assessment consultations with patients
Gather detailed medical histories, including current medications and family health backgrounds
Assess patient suitability for referral to Montu’s expert consultants
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Provide clear guidance to patients about the onboarding process and address any questions
Qualification
Required
A Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
A degree in Nursing (UK-based qualification)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence in using digital platforms for remote consultations
A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
Preferred
Experience working in telehealth or speaking to patients in remote settings is desired
