Responsibilities
Provide general end user support in a Windows\Office 365 environment for office and field employees
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of technical support issues for employees including connectivity, desktop/laptop hardware, printer, and software problems
Assist Senior IT Tech in traveling to new or expanding office locations to install and configure IT components
Configure laptops and supporting IT equipment for new hires, load software and ship to appropriate work location
Assist Senior IT Tech and IT Director with projects, upgrades, and implementations as needed
Perform other job assignments as assigned by supervisor
Some overnight travel required
Qualification
Required
Working support knowledge with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Remote Desktop, printing, computer hardware (PC and laptop), and web-based applications
Above average interpersonal skills are needed for this role
Must be a team-oriented, efficient trouble-shooter and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
Must have math calculation skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
Strong written and communication skills required
Must complete a pre-employment screening; ICE is a drug-free workplace
Associate degree in IT Technology/Computer Science from an accredited university or equivalent work experience is required
Two years of experience in IT support in an engineering or professional services environment is preferred
Preferred
CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
Two years of experience in IT support in an engineering or professional services environment is preferred
