Responsibilities

Manage business rebrands, including moving from bigger to smaller brand architecture
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to gather information (e.g., inventory, documents for claim validations)
Maintain workflow and ensure direct tasks are completed on time
Work from expected tasks to keep projects on track—project management heavy
Assist the full-time team by scaling operations and tracking progress
Create trackers to monitor deadlines and project status
Ensure teammates meet deadlines and move tasks within the correct timeframe
Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams

Required

4–5+ years of project management experience
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Asana or other PM software
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience gathering meeting notes and sending updates

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (HSD/GED minimum)
PLM tool experience is a plus
Tracker creation is a plus
