Skills in Strategic Planning and developing long-term organizational and operational strategies
Proven ability in Project Management, including overseeing multiple projects effectively
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with digital trading platforms or financial services is a significant advantage
An advanced degree is a plus
