Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project development
Own project delivery goals
Support the continued development and enhancement of a mission-critical solution in a secure environment
Expand the organization’s ServiceNow footprint by identifying opportunities to leverage the platform for additional mission and enterprise workflows
Lead architecture decisions
Guide development standards
Perform advanced configuration and custom development
Ensure the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned with mission and compliance requirements

Required

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a Public Trust background check
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years ServiceNow Technical Lead experience
7+ years ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification (IT Service Management (ITSM))
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
Success as Lead Consultant in 5 or more end to end ServiceNow implementation projects
Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language (Web 3.0 etc)
Functional knowledge and implementation experience with ServiceNow products such as Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, UI Builder, Form Designer, and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
Experience building and coding data models and knowledge of relational databases within ServiceNow
Experience with Web Services and implementing REST APIs, security models, and authentication between systems
Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure

Preferred

Previous experience supporting federal government clients
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL v3/v4 Certification
At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
Knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management
Knowledge of Agile practices and Kanban/Scrum
Basic knowledge of MS Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate
