Underwrite and structure complex commercial credit facilities
Analyze borrower financials, cash flow, DSCR, and collateral
Prepare credit memoranda and approval recommendations
Manage construction loan administration, budgets, draws, and inspections
Review third-party reports and assess credit risk
Partner with Relationship Managers and mentor junior analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
7+ years commercial loan underwriting experience
3+ years Senior Housing and bond financing experience
Strong financial modeling, Excel, and credit writing skills
