Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is a leader in mobile technologies and consumer electronics, and they are seeking a Transportation Analyst Intern for their Summer 2026 Intern Program. The role involves assisting in managing transportation operations, optimizing logistics solutions, and gaining hands-on experience in transportation management and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of transportation activities, including route optimization and scheduling

Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods

Support the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures

Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform transportation strategies

Prepare reports and presentations on transportation performance and recommendations

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule

Participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement

Preferred

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or related roles

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
