Responsibilities
Develop and expand client relationships by identifying opportunities and offering products and services that meet their needs
Provide responsive, thoughtful service that supports long‑term client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members—including other producers and support staff—to deliver a seamless client experience
Support overall client relationships, partnering with account management teams for day‑to‑day service needs
Share knowledge with colleagues by assisting, educating, and mentoring team members in both new‑business and existing‑client situations
Use industry tools and technology to improve sales processes, client engagement, and account service
Offer guidance during account transitions to ensure clients feel supported throughout the process
Build and follow an annual business plan and production goals that align with team and organizational objectives
Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by building relationships across departments and business groups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
Preferred
Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM
