InternH&K Group, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated part-time environmental intern to assist the Engineering & Environmental Division with various aspects of land development, mining, and environmental projects. The role involves field sampling, facility inspections, and data collection while providing the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Performs all work according to OSHA, MSHA and H&K Safety policies
Assist staff with various tasks
Work under supervision of environmental group leader, environmental scientist, project engineer or a senior level team member
Assist with data collection, input, verification, and manipulation
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to utilize appropriate PPE (Level D) as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program pursuing focused on environmental sciences and/or project management
Experience with drilling equipment and water supply systems preferred but not required
