Account Executive, IT Service Management SaaS Solutions
Executive Alliance is representing a fast growth IT service management solutions provider and AI integrator with over 4,000 global customers. They are seeking a Commercial Account Executive who will optimize sales processes, drive demand, and produce new business sales revenue from software licenses through effective territory planning and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and run a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
Identify customer needs and get to know their challenges, both technical and business-related
Show potential customers how SysAid can solve their problems with clear, engaging presentations
Plan your sales strategy, work with internal teams, and guide deals to the finish line
Stay sharp on industry trends and what sets us apart
Own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the final handshake, you’ll be in charge
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an AE
2+ years in B2B sales or business development – you know how to connect with businesses and drive results
Experience closing deals in fast-moving sales cycles (60-120 days) – you can move quickly while handling complex sales
Strong communication skills- whether on the phone, in virtual meetings, or during technical presentations, you know how to engage and persuade
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Confident negotiator – you're comfortable discussing business terms with IT teams, procurement, and senior decision-makers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – we value skills and experience just as much as formal education!

Strong background in working with or selling to IT preferred
