Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) is a leading-edge technology solutions provider headquartered in Tampa, Florida. They are seeking a Security Systems Sales Associate who will be responsible for promoting security systems, building relationships with contractors and government entities, and preparing sales presentations.

Responsibilities
Identifying and engaging with contractors to promote our Structured Cabling, Safety, and Fire Alarm Divisions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, end users, and government entities
Understanding project requirements and providing suitable solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive project quotes
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Monitoring project bidding opportunities and actively pursuing projects for our divisions
Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the Sales Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong sales skills and experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
Understanding of applicable Government regulations
Proven experience in sales in the construction industry and trades, with a focus on contractors, end users, and government entities
Familiarity with the construction trade bidding process and project lifecycle
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations
Knowledge of electrical, cabling, safety, fire alarm, and networking solutions
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
Professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to work effectively with various external customers including government, military, and contractor personnel at all levels
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the company
Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily
