Payroll Coordinator
Tri-State International Trucks is a leading Commercial Truck Sales & Leasing Dealership. They are seeking a Payroll Coordinator responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timesheets and payroll data, while adhering to tax laws and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and input timekeeping data, including overtime, bonuses, and commissions, to calculate gross and net wages
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws
Ensure garnishments are entered into the HRIS System
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc
Qualification
Required
Proficient with payroll systems, (Dayforce a plus)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Superior customer service skills, and excellent telephone interaction
