Manage and grow an established territory of water works customers
Achieve sales, gross margin, and market penetration goals
Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and estimators
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Work closely with vendor partners to bring value-driven solutions to customers
Stay consistently engaged with customers to anticipate needs and deliver service that stands out
Support company initiatives, promotions, and strategic growth efforts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of outside sales experience in water works, irrigation, or related industry preferred
Proven track record of meeting sales and margin goals
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, developers, estimators, and internal teams
Skilled in sales strategy, territory management, and CRM tools
Comfortable using business software and technology in daily work
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow your territory
