Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and reminders with strong attention to context and priorities
Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on commitments across meetings, boards, and committees
Coordinate personal and professional travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingencies
Support personal projects and life logistics (e.g., relocations, education timelines, family-related tasks)
Organize documents, records, and information repositories for investments, properties, and ongoing projects
Act as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Proactively identify gaps, risks, or upcoming deadlines and resolve them before they escalate
Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes to increase executive efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader in a high-trust role
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential matters
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly conscientious with strong follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day administrative tasks
Tech-savvy and confident using productivity, calendar, project management, and documentation tools
Resourceful problem-solver who can think contextually and anticipate needs
