Responsibilities
Coordinating event participation and sponsorships
Managing our employee clothing program and inventory of swag and other branded items
Assisting with vendor coordination for graphics, photography, and signage
Updating resumes and marketing documents using provided templates
Organizing business card orders
Supporting essential marketing tasks when the Marketing Manager is away
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to work effectively with other team members in multiple divisions and geographic locations
Comfortable learning new software; experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing or business is helpful
Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferred, but not required
