Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the project closeout process for commercial construction projects, ensuring all deliverables are met and completed on time
Prepare, collect, and organize all project final lien waivers
Track outstanding final lien waivers from subcontractors and vendors; follow up to ensure timely submission
Coordinate with project managers and coordinators with client turnover packages and final deliverables
Meet internal and external close-out submission deadlines
Upload or manage documents within project management software (e.g., Procore, Levelset.)
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff
Provide general administrative office support as required
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction administration or general contracting operations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with project management platforms (Procore)
Knowledge of lien waivers, billing formats (AIA), and construction documentation
Prior experience in bookkeeping within the construction industry
