Safely and accurately utilize the manual machining equipment listed below to repair/fabricate/manufacture typical industrial process components including (but not limited to) shafts, shaft sleeves, mechanical seal components, bushings, bearing housing sleeves, wear rings, etc

Drill press
Vertical turret lathe

Manual shaft straightener
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with manual machining equipment in an industrial machine shop environment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Tenacious
Professionally articulate
Professional in appearance and actions
Demonstrated ability to read, write and verbalize in a professional, organized manner
Successful in interfacing with direct leadership, company leadership, and fellow team members
