Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of open enrollment training programs nationwide
Coordinate across instructors, sales, marketing, and operations teams
Help shape and refine offerings based on market demand and regulatory requirements
Ensure consistent, high-quality learner experiences across regions and formats
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support enrollment growth
Provide industry insight to align offerings with contractor and practitioner needs
Support outreach and relationship-building with instructors and regional partners
Assist in identifying new geographic markets and opportunities for open enrollment programs
Support a distributed instructor network
Serve as an instructor or co-facilitator when needed
Assist with instructor readiness, scheduling, and delivery coordination
Reinforce consistent instructional standards and learner outcomes
In-person, live virtual, and asynchronous open enrollment training

Required

Relevant industry exposure or transferable experience
Comfort working within regulated or standard-driven environments
Ability to confidently facilitate and deliver instructor-led learning
Support the planning and execution of open enrollment training programs nationwide
Coordinate across instructors, sales, marketing, and operations teams
Help shape and refine offerings based on market demand and regulatory requirements
Ensure consistent, high-quality learner experiences across regions and formats
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support enrollment growth

Comfort facilitating instructor-led learning (prior teaching experience helpful but not required)
