Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and execute audit engagements from start to finish
Identify audit risks and recommend process improvements to clients
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal controls
Examine and analyze financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit staff
Support Managers, Principals, and Partners across client engagements and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
3+ years of public accounting experience
Audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements
Familiar with Form 990 and CHAR500
Preferred
CPA license preferred; CPA candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
Consolidated fiscal report certifications a plus
