8+ years expDiversified Systems is searching for an Application Developer, Front-End who will primarily serve as mid-level Developer and will assist with design and development of the new PA Unified Crash System. The role involves writing, testing, and documenting code to implement system features and enhancements using various technologies.

Responsibilities
8 years of experience in front-end frameworks and UI technologies including Angular (preferably Angular 14 or higher)
8 years of experience in responsive UI design with Bootstrap (optional) and Material Design libraries, with prior experience with jQuery as a nice-to-have
8 years of experience in back-end development including RESTful APIs design and integration and GIS integrations
8 years of experience with testing frameworks including jUnit, Jasmine, and Karma
8 years of experience with PostGIS-based data design for reporting layers and PostgreSQL or any other database management system
8 years of experience working with AGOL, the ArcGIS Extension plugin for WebEOC, VS Code or Eclipse or Spring Tool Suite, and Git or Azure Repos for source control and collaboration
Experience with the Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript is required
Knowledge and experience with ArcPro/ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps is required
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Server and ArcGIS Online/Hub/Community as an administrator is required
Experience in designing and developing geocodes and geoprocessing services is required
Knowledge of Esri ArcSDE and multi-user versioning with state trees or branch versioning is required
Knowledge of linear referencing systems and methods, Esri Roads and Highways, and Oracle Locator/Spatial is required
Knowledge of responsiveness and mobile-first development is required
Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles is required
Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion is required
Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA) is required
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements is required
Experience designing for platform technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android is required
Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices is required
Experience optimizing for accessibility features of platforms including HTML, iOS, and Android is required
Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards is required
