Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional projects by creating detailed agendas, scheduling meetings, publishing meeting notes with clear action items, and following up to ensure timely completion of tasks
Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop marketing materials while ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and have proper stakeholder alignment and approval
Manage creative assets through digital asset management systems and coordinate distribution to partner channel teams
Plan and coordinate activities with creative teams, partner teams, stakeholders, and channel teams to support product launches and brand campaigns
Maintain security groups and tenting procedures for the organization
Navigate a highly matrixed corporate environment to obtain alignment across multiple stakeholders
Oversee the integration of marketing activities to ensure a unified and cohesive consumer experience
Monitor project progress and proactively address potential roadblocks or delays
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience with integrated marketing project management
Minimum 3 years of experience with marketing operations and tool proficiency
Minimum 2 years of experience with creative production and asset management
Prior experience managing creative including agency account management, marketing project management, or creative production management in entertainment or related industries
Proven track record navigating highly matrixed corporate environments and obtaining stakeholder alignment
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Superior interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships across diverse teams
Project management expertise in highly independent yet collaborative environments
Demonstrated ability to think proactively and execute effectively under tight deadline pressure
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various time zones and platforms
Knowledge of creative production processes, quality control standards, and cost management
Understanding of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
Proficiency with computer software including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
Experience with digital asset management systems and marketing operations tools
