Responsibilities
Delivers excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high level of customer satisfaction
Works with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and then recommend the right product(s) to meet those needs
Review company marketing materials and available training resources regularly to stay up to date on product features
Ensures accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the store's computer system
Completes quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day
Handles customer service opportunities and reviews with management effectively
Files and maintains accurate and complete customer folders and records
Answers incoming telephone calls using the call scripts to either assist the caller or route them to appropriate person
Assists in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising, and pricing, as directed by management
Confirms customer identification, collects payments, and obtains customer signature on lease agreement
Performs other reasonable duties requested by management
Qualification
Required
1 year of sales or customer service experience
Proven track record in achieving sales goals
Professional groomed appearance
High energy with the ability to perform all sales functions
Proficient computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer contact
Professional phone etiquette
General product knowledge
Knowledge of merchandising techniques
Satisfactory MVR, DOT physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
