IT Support Specialist, Associate (Evening Shift)
Georgia State University is seeking an IT Support Specialist Associate to support the College of Law departments and technology needs. The role involves assisting students, faculty, and staff with audiovisual requirements, troubleshooting hardware and software, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities
Support external and internal clients, students, faculty and staff with audiovisual needs for events and classrooms
Troubleshoot and install computer hardware, software and peripherals
Diagnoses, performing routine maintenance and mirror repairs to maintain audiovisual equipment
Support helpdesks walk up, calls, emails and tickets
Updating departmental documentation and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or a combination of education and related experience
Preferred
Knowledge of computer maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting equipment
Knowledge and experience troubleshooting audiovisual technologies, equipment, and cabling
Effective time management, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills
