Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for an experienced Applications Support Specialist responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. The role involves managing help desk tickets, setting up new users, and assisting with systems integrations and documentation.

Responsibilities

Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault
Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution
Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations
Assist with systems integrations/conversions
Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures
Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned
Complete additional duties as assigned

Vista ViewpointPVaultSQL database queriesCitrix environmentConstruction industry experienceCommunication skillsProject management

Required

Minimum 3 years of IT experience
Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment
Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation
Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules
Experience with SQL database queries

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred
Experience in construction industry preferred
