Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist with trial preparation and document management
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law
High attention to detail, strong writing, organization, and time-management skills
