New Grad, Entry LevelDH Pace Company is a family-owned business and an industry leader in the distribution and installation of door and security products. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with administrative tasks, customer communication, and project documentation.

Responsibilities
Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Set up and maintain files on sold projects
Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc
Create and manage purchase orders and change orders
Obtain quotes from vendors
Purchase and track material
Assist in creating submittal documents
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
